Lead Full Stack Engineer

Systems that survive growth, a rewrite, and the third change of requirements

Ten years designing web, mobile and server systems as a product engineer, a tech lead and a founder. High-load B2B services at Yandex and Sber, and product ecosystems of my own: Groundline, Toqen.app, Litseller, Start4Drive. I work the whole depth of a product: the architecture, the interface, the API, and everything it takes to keep the thing alive in production.

What I can do

  • Design a system before it exists: boundaries, data flow, and an honest guess at which parts will have to change.
  • Take a product from a first version to steady operation in production, not to a demo.
  • Build reusable UI architecture for a platform instead of another pile of one-off screens.
  • Join microservices into an interface that is honest about latency and failure.
  • Lead a team: code review, mentoring, and onboarding that does not eat a quarter.
  • Pick up a live system written by someone else, work out what it actually does, and keep developing it.

Where this came from

  1. 2025 present

    Freelance / Independent Developer

    Toqen.app end to end: an OIDC provider on Node.js, mobile clients on React Native, an admin panel on Astro and Preact, and a public TS/JS SDK. Litseller: a content pipeline and a migration to Astro and React.

  2. 2023-2025

    Yandex

    Modular, reusable UI architecture for the Yandex Lavka B2B platform. Microservice API integration, code review and onboarding processes for the team.

  3. 2019-2022

    Sber

    An SPA for processing enforcement documents, replacing a legacy system: fewer input errors, faster handling.

  4. 2016-2019

    Cloud Link, Cruise House MK

    Utility billing, booking applications, and commercial interfaces on Vue.js and JavaScript.
